Training and consultancy
Qube Global Software views training as a vital component in achieving optimum success for customer projects and a professional training team to deliver a comprehensive training course for our customers.
Experience has proved that each customer and each installation is unique and noting this, the most appropriate schedule of project management, training and consultancy is jointly decided upon. On-site customer visits and dedicated training facilities in the UK provide the best environment for the delivery of training by highly experienced teams, working solely to ensure that customers tap into the full potential of the system.
Training courses are predominantly hands-on, allowing trainees to make informed decisions about how to use the system’s extensive functionality and are supported by controlled practical exercises and comprehensive training literature.
We also offer ongoing training to support you as your business evolves and our team of consultants is also on hand to advise on and help manage projects in relation to software usage.
All configuration and implementation services for our customers are delivered by our team of specialist expert technical and business consultants.
Simple installations can be delivered quickly and benefits seen fast. Larger installations require a consultant who will work with the appointed customer project team.
A number of initial configuration and implementation sessions are delivered by consultant-led workshops, which seek to:

- Understand working practices
- Outline tasks and responsibilities for successful implementation
Our staff know that a successful implementation project depends on strong planning and preparation at the outset. Due to their extensive experience in this in supporting a wide range of customers, they can provide expert assistance in specific areas including:

Once implementation is complete, a full handover from our implementation team to our customer services team takes place to ensure a seamless transition and continued support.

Comprehensive support for our customers continues after implementation. We provide an online help facility which provides users with advice and guidance for getting the most out of their software. In addition to this support, customers also receive telephone and email support which is provided by the Qube Global Software technical support help desk.
Our team are on hand to deliver guaranteed service-level agreements and proactive, continuous quality checks. You also have a dedicated support advisor. Our aim is to give you the technical help to keep your system running effectively at all times and to resolve any queries you may have as quickly as possible.

Implementation technology adapted to your requirements

If you have the relevant infrastructure and capabilities for an implementation of this type, we provide the professional services you need to ensure the rollout and subsequent operation of your solution is a success.
Our SaaS solutions – offered from our own private cloud – are web-based, secure and can be accessed very quickly from any location and at any time via a browser. Crucially, for you as a user, they offer significant cost savings by removing the need for you to purchase hardware or specialist operating software. We deploy any necessary service packs and updates direct to your system. Our SaaS solutions are also managed by our-house experts who do the job day-in day-out.
