H	11th SEPTEMBER THURSDAY 9.30 - 11am	Business Objects Auditor	New functionality in Business Objects XI allows customers to analyse the usage of their Business Objects reports and thus provide a better level of service to their business user.   For example if a report is amended erroneously, then Auditor will tell you who and when.  If you want to know who runs reports then again that can be answered.  If you are asked what reports are used, then again you can see a reports usage profile.  If you are asked to create a new user licence and don’t have sufficient licences then you can determine what users actually utilise their licences and thus allocate licences efficiently.
I	9th OCTOBER THURSDAY 9.30 - 11am	GL Reporting	New functionality in Business Objects XI allows customers to design management and statutory reports without the requirement for in-depth business objects knowledge increasing the flexibility of the reporting capabilities of the GL. Three new Business Objects XI reports facilitate concurrent GL reporting structures to be defined in multiple formats at Parent Group, Group and Property levels.  This session will be of interest to all finance managers wishing to design reports directly out of Horizon and publish via Business Objects.
