Operational Security protects all your information in the Horizon database.
Different kinds of information (eg: business and accounting, or different
regions of operating divisions) can be grouped, with users getting the access
they need for the job that they do. So a super-user may have access to the
entire database, but the data entry clerk for a region would be limited to the
data for just that region.
