Project Management
The Project Management module enables the planning and control of all projects
throughout the property portfolio, be it a refurbishment of a single property
or rolling out workspace improvements across the entire portfolio. All critical
project dates and stages can be planned and performance tracked. Change
control over key dates enables a project log of the reasons for change to be
maintained. An interface into MS-Project enables day to day management of
the timeline.
Users can track profile spend over the project life cycle and compare committed and actual expenditure against the forecast. By using this information the user has the ability to reforecast and control future project expenditure.
