
Retail Management
Retail Management is designed to calculate turnover rent receivables and payables and analyse the performance of the retail centre. Turnover can be reported on a daily, monthly or yearly basis through certified, estimated and forecasted sales or through EPOS (electronic point of sale).

Standard KPI’s are provided to analyse sales trends, performance by tenant and department, sales comparisons both year on year and between centre, and sales density. These analysis reports can be generated in numerous ways by tenant, department, tenant type, retail centre and property type. The management information they provide improves decision-making and helps ensure that each tenant and retail centre realises its potential.
