Space Management

The Space Management module allows the usage of space within the property portfolio to be tracked by your organisation:

  • Your organisation chart can be loaded from your HR system directly into Horizon. Details of the amount, type of space and headcount each department takes within the portfolio can be recorded, if required down to room level.
  • Changes in space utilisation over time can be directly recorded within the system, enabling departmental and senior managers to view and report on details of the space they occupy as a snapshot at any point in time.
  • Queries can be raised by these users as to space taken, and requests for new space can also be logged; these can then be centrally determined and the results managed through Horizon.
