Charles Lerner - Chairman
Charles Lerner has been involved in both the property industry and the IT industry since 1980. He holds directorships in a number of companies within the property industry and also ran his own IT consultancy business for many years in which he worked closely with major companies such as The Bank of England, GEC and Morgan Grenfell.
Charles is a member of the British Computer Society, a Chartered IT Professional and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
John Cuppello - Chief Executive
John Cuppello has enormous experience of the computer software industry. He has worked in every aspect of the IT sector including software development, implementation, end-user management and sales and marketing.
Since 1989 John has focused on the property industry and on delivering high quality software solutions to a variety of customers all around the world.
His aim is to make Qube Global Software the acknowledged leader in the supply of software and related services to the international property and facilities management markets.
David Makins– Finance Director
David Makins joined the board as Finance Director in April 2005 following a number of years as Financial Controller for Estate Computer Systems Ltd. He is responsible for the management of all financial matters within the company. David qualified with Binder Hamlyn and has held a variety of senior management roles within a range of businesses and industries.
Barbara Gregory - Commercial Director
Barbara Gregory is responsible for all the commercial and legal aspects of the company’s business activities and has built a strong platform of procedures and best practice which underpins the entire service to all of Qube Global customers. The effectiveness of these procedures are recognized in the company’s Quality Management System which has been accredited by ISO9000 since 1993.
