Recently Dubai has been the subject of negative publicity surrounding the property market decline and its financial implications. The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) went live with the system last year, using it to manage their diverse and ever expanding property portfolio. This implementation of a dedicated property management software solution goes hand in hand with DWTC's plans to investigate further expansion and investment in their business.
Initially DWTC will be using the system to maximize the efficiency of their property management processes through Horizon's in-depth accounting functionality and market leading property management database. Their use of the system is expected to increase over time, in line with the possible expansion of their property portfolio.
