Hobdens becomes Qube User | 11 December 2013

Hobdens Property Management, a managing agent specialising in block and estate management, is the latest business to become a user of our Qube software.

Qube will be responsible for handling service charge accounting and ground rent invoicing, managing reactive and routine property maintenance, establishing a leaseholders’ database and then sending communications from and to this database. The installation will initially be a ten concurrent user system, with the company’s intention to implement access to the Qube Portal for customers shortly. This will make obtaining their account details, making payments, raising maintenance items and reviewing documents far easier.

Hobdens is a family run managing agent based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Formed in 1946, Hobdens have been located in the town ever since. The business covers the whole of the West Sussex region, with a focus on the coastal area between Portsmouth and Brighton.

“Working with the Hobdens team during their evaluation was both great and demanding,” says John Thumwood, Sales Manager of Qube. “We’re so looking forward to implementation, hitting the go-live target date and developing the partnership for years to come.”
