Fraser Williams Secures Contract with Aldar Properties PJSC for their Commercial Property Management System

ALDAR Properties PJSC, Abu Dhabi's leading integrated Property Development, Investment and Management Company have chosen Fraser Williams’ fully web-developed Horizon Property Management System to play a key role in the management of its developments.
Horizon’s Property Database contains every conceivable element of a company’s real estate data and provides for financial, lease, space, project, land and facilities management.
ALDAR will use Horizon to manage its world-class real estate developments in Abu Dhabi, the UAE and eventually globally.
Current ALDAR projects which will benefit from the Horizon system include; Al Raha Beach, a prestigious planned community at the gateway to Abu Dhabi, built alongside 8.5km of natural beachfront, which will house over 120,000 residents in a 15 million dollar development. Others are: Al Gurm Resort, an eco-friendly waterfront resort and residential complex built amongst the mangroves; Imperial College London Diabetes Centre – a recently opened state of the art treatment and research facility and Central Market, a superb and fully integrated mixed-use scheme at the heart of Abu Dhabi - a showcase project for ALDAR and the city.

In addition to the basic system, key Horizon modules, such as Alerter and the Business Reporting and Project Management will be used for developments where these functions are particularly relevant.
