Qube Global Software named Best Service Provider at the News on the Block Property Management Awards | 10 December 2013
We are delighted to announce that we have been officially acknowledged as best service provider by an independent judging panel at the News on the Block Awards.
The awards, which took place at the Troxy art deco theatre and concert venue in London last night/Thursday 5th December, are in their fifth year and acknowledge excellence in the property management industry.
Customer Services Director Alastair Clunas was on hand to collect the award on behalf of the business.
The Best Services Provider of the Year category is aimed at service providers, consultants and contractors, with judging criteria including quality of service, strategic vision, handling of enquires, marketing and innovation, staff development and client satisfaction.
On receiving the award, we were praised for a “thoughtful entry” that showed how we “never fail to deliver” and “continue to innovate”. We were also praised for what the judges described as offering “the full monty of support”.
Our software’s overall effectiveness was further highlighted by the composition of the businesses nominated across all categories, with a massive two-thirds of finalists users of our software and many of our customers ultimately award winners in their categories.
Our congratulations in particular go to Burlington Estates (London Property Management Company of the Year), PMS Leasehold Management (Regional Property Management Company of the Year), Gabriella Janovicova of Michael Laurie Magar (London Property Manager of the Year), Craig Staples of Premier Estates (Regional Property Manager of the Year), Louise Wilson of Farrar Property Management (Young Property Manager of the Year), Homestead CSL (Major Works Project of the Year) and Amax Estates and Property Services (Customer Service Award).
Commenting on the receipt of the award, Head of Marketing James Lavery said:

The award is testament to the hard work of our staff, which is evident in our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service and our consistent innovation in developing our solutions, and the overall strength of our software offerings.”
