The Qube Property Management and Accounting software, renowned in the industry for its ability in service charge management will be showcased this week at the National Housing Federation’s IT in Housing Conference.
The conference is the longest-running IT conference and exhibition in the housing sector. Evidence shows that it is also very highly regarded by professionals in the industry.
The Qube product which is the most widely used property management and accounting software solution in the market has been selected recently by a number of housing associations. With impacts in particular from leasehold management and the complexities of mixed use management, businesses in the sector are increasingly looking for in-depth tools to manage service charges across their properties.
