Real Estate technology White Paper due for September release | 20 August 2013
A White Paper exploring software and technology usage across the real estate sector is due for release at the end of September.
The Paper, researched by Qube Global Software with leading industry magazine Property Week, will investigate whether occupiers, investors and managers in businesses are effectively harnessing technology to ensure they improve the potential of their portfolios.
The research follows on from last year’s Evolving use of Technology in the Property Industry White Paper, which covered similar topics in a survey of more than 800 property investors, occupiers and agents. This provided some interesting findings – specifically, we found that 70% of respondents said they were not encouraged to use their own technology at work and more than 60% thought there is a lack of investment in IT and infrastructure in their companies. This year’s survey is likely to produce similarly interesting results.
The initial release of the research will be published in Property Week on September 27th, with a video to follow on 11th October. Highlights will also be publicised on the Qube Global Software website.
