  • Display project stages in a calendarised GANTT-style project plan

Financial plan
  • Budget can be apportioned to different 'elements' and costs tracked against these via work order bookings and purchase order invoices
  • Record funding sources for each project
  • Display funding sources in the financial elements plan
  • Track variation orders, interim and final payments and retentions to give a snapshot of outstanding financial commitments

Tender management
  • Keep track of all tenders issued and to whom along with details of responses received and suppliers selected
