  • Record details of manufacturer, service contracts and spares
  • Complete history of all planned and reactive maintenance work relating to each asset or location

Space management
  • Integrated CAD viewer
  • Link locations and assets to CAD drawings
  • Extract space information from drawings and display asset properties
  • Produce statistics such as 'total common area' and 'net common area'
