Planet's Projects module helps you to manage a range of projects from start to finish - minor construction works, office moves or IT system deployment, for example. The Projects module is ideal for managing complex programmes of work that involve multiple work and/or purchase orders. Plan, cost and complete projects - on time and to budget.

Project records
- Set project start and end dates, cost and time allowances and cost allocation codes
- Store documents including plans, planning consents, CDM and specifications within Planet
Project stages
- Break projects down into individual stages - groundwork, construction, decoration, etc
- Display project stages in a calendarised GANTT-style project plan
Financial plan
- Budget can be apportioned to different 'elements' and costs tracked against these via work order bookings and purchase order invoices
- Record funding sources for each project
- Display funding sources in the financial elements plan
- Track variation orders, interim and final payments and retentions to give a snapshot of outstanding financial commitments
Tender management
- Keep track of all tenders issued and to whom along with details of responses received and suppliers selected
