Cloud and On-Premise Options
Planet is available in the cloud, allowing you to use Planet wherever you are in the world simply by logging in through an internet browser. This has a number of cost and convenience benefits such as accessing the system from any computer with internet capabilities and offers significant cost savings by removing the need for the purchasing and ongoing management of server hardware, this also gives you the option of paying a monthly fee per user license rather than having upfront cost. With the cloud option, Qube Global Software will be responsible for all services required for a successful project including hardware support, software maintenance, system performance, security, backups and disaster recovery processes. If you would prefer to not use the cloud option, Planet is also available on premise which is often seen as the traditional way to implement software.
