The Structures module enables you to register each building you are responsible for in a flexible, multi-level hierarchy e.g. Region – Site – Building – Floor – Room.
Asset Register
You can create a comprehensive asset register with details of service contracts and spares. Manage asset lifecycle, showing purchase, depreciation and replacement values.
- Set up warnings to flag a hazard or need for a permit
- Manage relocation of assets and retention of history against the asset
- Attach photos and documents to locations, assets and work orders
- Retain asset history
Space Management
Locations and assets can be linked to CAD drawings, showing key information
within the drawing. Use the drawing to automatically populate Planet with
space information.
- Produce statistics such as ‘net internal area’
- Extract space information from drawings and display asset properties
Condition Surveys and Audits
Condition surveys can be carried out on structures and assets. Record the condition of assets and assign maintenance costs to financial periods. Rate potential failure for likelihood and severity of risk to the business. Use these combined risk ratings to inform future planned maintenance schedules.
