Health and Safety

You need to ensure the safety of occupiers, visitors and contractors on your site at all times. Planet’s Health & Safety module helps users to comply with asbestos and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) legislation. The system checks for risks whenever a job is raised and users must confirm that they have assessed the risks prior to issuing a job.

Asbestos Management

The Health & Safety module records the results of asbestos surveys within Planet FM Enterprise. An ACM (Asbestos Containing Materials) register can then be maintained, along with details of action plans for either the containment or removal of ACMs.

COSHH Register

You can record information about COSHH hazards. Safe handling procedures can be established which must be followed by in-house service teams or contractors to ensure minimal risk. Planet FM Enterprise is pre-loaded with HSE standard risk phrases.

Incident Log

The Health & Safety module contains an incident log which enables you to record details of incident or accidents, along with the remedial action to be taken.

Instructions

Risks attached to work order types are sent with the work order. Risk assessment documents and Permits to Work can be attached to work orders and emailed or printed with the work order instructions.
