Project Management

The Projects module will enable you to manage a range of projects from start to finish – minor construction works, office moves or IT system deployment.

Plan, cost and complete projects – on time and to budget. Each project can be split into individual project stages such as groundwork, construction, decoration, etc. Project stages can be displayed in a GANTTstyle project plan along with predicted completion dates at every stage for an accurate visual representation.

  • Record funding sources for each project
  • Calendarised cash flow forecast of expected expenditure
  • Track all variation orders, interim and final payments and retentions
  • Snagging list facility

Project documents can all be stored within Planet FM Enterprise including CDM, planning consents and building regulations. Information from current projects can be collated to give a snapshot of project progress and outstanding financial commitments.
