Patrick Ghilani

Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software and has been an executive with the company since 2006. He previously held the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Global Professional Services.

Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Patrick spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including professional services, client support, and SaaS hosting. Previously, as President & COO, Patrick led corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion.

With more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, Patrick has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the commercial and multifamily real estate vertical. Prior to MRI, Patrick held Vice President roles building and managing professional and support services organizations for SmartOps Corporation, a provider of supply chain software (now an SAP Company), and for UBICS, Inc., a technology consulting services firm. As a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, Patrick was a leader in the manufacturing vertical, with global sales, management, and delivery responsibilities of large scale ERP application implementations for the Fortune 500.

Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

John Ensign

John Ensign is President and Executive Managing Director of North America at MRI Software. He has been an executive with the company since 2010 and most recently held the position of President and Chief Legal Officer. In his current role, John oversees all North American operations at MRI Software as well as MRI’s shared services, including global client support, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, talent management, employee relations, and benefits.

Before joining MRI Software, John was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, LLC, a provider of property management software in the small to medium business space. John started his legal career with Bricker & Eckler LLP where he practiced corporate law with a focus on high growth companies. Prior to his legal career he served as an independent human resources consultant. He began his career at College Craft Enterprises, Ltd., a contracting company based in Chicago, where he focused on sales and operational management and new market development as a Division Vice President.

John earned his Master of Laws in Business and Taxation as well as a Juris Doctorate from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.

Susan Avelluto

Susan Avelluto is the Chief People Officer at MRI Software. In her role, she is responsible for the following global functions: human resources, DEI, recruiting, learning and development, and facilities. During her career, Susan has successfully built strong practices across all areas of human resources, which have profoundly impacted business success and financial performance.

Prior to joining MRI, Susan was the Global Head of Talent Development at PayPal, where she developed and fostered a culture of learning and development, performance development and feedback, people analytics as well as a wellness practice. Previous roles included senior Human Resources positions at Huntington National Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Bank of America. She has experience with many organization types, including SaaS and technology, real estate and mortgage banking, financial services, investment banking, and capital markets.

Susan graduated from LIU Post with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Sherry Lautenbach

Sherry Lautenbach is the Chief Revenue Officer at MRI Software. In this role, she is responsible for driving revenue growth in alignment with the strategic corporate plan.

Prior to joining MRI, Sherry was SVP of Global B2B Sales at PROS. Previous roles include SVP of Cloud Sales for Key Accounts at Oracle, SVP Americas Sales at Nutanix, and General Manager for the Distribution Market, North America at IBM Corp. Sherry was a proud member of IBM’s Senior Leadership Team comprised of IBM’s top 300 executives responsible for driving strategy, execution and transformation for the company.

Sherry graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and currently resides in Jupiter, Florida with her family.

Mandira Mehra

Mandira Mehra serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at MRI Software. Before joining MRI in 2016, Mandira held leadership roles at both private and public technology companies, which range from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. During the more than 15 years she spent at these firms, she spearheaded the development and execution of strategic branding and marketing initiatives, along with demand generation programs. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Internap, a global internet infrastructure provider. Previous positions included Vice President of Marketing Communications, Solution Area TV at Ericsson; and Vice President of Marketing at GoldPocket Interactive. She began her career as a strategy consultant at Monitor Company.

Mandira holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.T.S. from Harvard University.

Roman Telerman

As Chief Financial Officer of MRI Software, Roman Telerman is responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial strategy and operations. He previously held the role of Vice President of Finance at MRI and has been with the company since 2010. Roman manages MRI’s global finance and internal application teams and uses his leadership and experience to help drive growth, scalability, and profitability for the company.

During Roman’s time at MRI, the company has experienced significant growth, making 30 acquisitions and expanding its presence from 35 countries to more than 170.

Prior to joining MRI, Roman was with KeyBank, a regional bank headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, and the only major bank based in Cleveland.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Roman holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelors of Finance from Cleveland State University.

Eric Walsh

Eric Walsh serves as Executive Vice President of Business Operations at MRI Software, which encompasses Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Delivery Operations, Business Intelligence, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Client Success. In this role, Eric is responsible for ensuring MRI’s end-to-end operational excellence and continued ROI for each client MRI serves around the world. He has two decades of enterprise software experience working in both privately and publicly held companies.  
 
Prior to joining MRI, Eric was the VP of Professional Services and Operations for NCR, a fortune 500 software and services company. He was instrumental in bringing new solutions to market around the globe and driving continuous improvement cross-functionally. Previously, Eric held senior leadership roles for SunGard, FIS and PowerSchool LLC where he led services, support, operations and product teams through periods of hyper-growth around the world and pursued his passion for all things client-centric. In the early days of his career, Eric was a professional rock climber and he still enjoys time in the mountains and volunteering with non-profits in support of both animals and people in need of shelter.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science from York College and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento.

David Bowie

David Bowie is the Senior Vice President and Executive Managing Director for MRI Software in Asia Pacific. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology space and a focus on enterprise software sales, David is responsible for the company’s strategy in the Asia-Pacific market as well as sales and operational responsibilities in the region.

Prior to joining the MRI team in 2020, David served as Vice President and Managing Director for SAS, an AI and analytics industry leader, where he led the Australia and New Zealand division and spearheaded a journey of significant growth and transformation. He joined the company in 2002 and held multiple roles across professional services, marketing and sales.

David began his career with PwC in accounting, but quickly shifted to become one of the early members of the technology consulting division before taking leadership roles at both IBM and Dimension Data.

David holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from University of New England and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dermot Briody

Dermot Briody is Senior Vice President and Executive Managing Director, EMEA for MRI Software. In this role, he oversees MRI’s European strategy, including its execution and the resulting P&L. Additionally, he is responsible for leading the company’s global workplace management solutions business for real estate occupiers.

Dermot is an enterprise software leader with nearly 25 years of experience, including international management and directorial roles. As Executive Managing Director for Europe and the Middle East, Dermot oversees sales and operational responsibilities for the global operations of MRI’s acquired businesses in the region as well as the pre-existing MRI operations in EMEA.

Before joining MRI, Dermot served as Regional Director of Misys Financial Software (now Finastra) in Asia for four years and in Europe for another three years.

Dermot has an MBA (Distinction) from Henley Business School. He graduated with First Class Honors from University College Dublin with an MBS in International Marketing and has a primary degree from Trinity College in Natural Sciences.

Georgia Yanchar

Georgia Yanchar is General Counsel of MRI Software and joined the company in 2020. Georgia brings more than two decades of experience representing clients in a wide variety of technological fields, with an emphasis on intellectual property and information technology issues.

Prior to joining MRI, Georgia was Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Group at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in Cleveland, where she was elected Partner in 2009 and a member of the Executive Committee in 2016. She previously was an attorney with Jones Day, Cleveland and New York, and with Goodwin Procter of New York.

Georgia holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Georgia is licensed in Ohio and New York, as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
