Qube Global Software is pleased to announce another property developer has chosen our proven solutions to manage its substantial property portfolio. The Chinachem Group is well known throughout Hong Kong as one of the largest and most prolific organizations in the region.
The Chinachem Group’s real estate portfolio includes shopping malls, industrial campuses, commercial offices, residential developments, car parks and cutting edge skyscrapers. The CRE team will manage and deliver information within a SaaS (software as a service) solution, hosted in the cloud. New to the Chinachem portfolio is ‘The Lily’, a Norman Foster designed apartment complex near the Repulse Bay. This will be added to the existing projects upon completion, to also be managed by Qube Horizon. With this implementation, daily tasks will be streamlined, allowing for time saving results. These include activities directly related to leasing, property management and accounting.
