Customer Conference 2010 – our most successful yet | October 6, 2010
On the 15 September 2010, Qube Global Software hosted its Annual Customer Conference, a long standing event, at the purpose built Kings Place conference and events in City Center in the Kings Cross area of London. As the event at the venue in 2009 was such a success the company returned for this year’s event.

On the 15 September 2010, Qube Global Software hosted its Annual Customer Conference, a long standing event, at the purpose built Kings Place conference and events centre in the Kings Cross area of London. As the event at the venue in 2009 was such a success the company returned for this year’s event.
This year customers from all three product groups of Qube Global Software attended for the first time, making it Qube Global Software’s largest Customer Conference yet with over 300 guests on the day. Users of the software that attended included key Property, FM, Finance and IT staff from across the customer base. Customer names included Network Rail, Grosvenor Estates, Hammerson, Cambridge University, Canada Life, The Crown Estate, Rydon Group, Interserve, Lasalle Investment Management, Threadneedle, Wm Morrison Supermarkets and Grainger Trust.
This day gave customers the opportunity to find out what the vision of the company was in terms of future product developments and the name of the event was taken from this vision.
The event started off with Qube Global Software CEO, John Cuppello providing company news and an excellent set of results, including the 40 new contract wins from the previous year and, most notably, the continued successes in the Middle East and America.
The attendees broke out in their respective product groups for the launch of the latest releases of their respective products. This year the company has undertaken significant development work and aligned all products under the same version 10 name. In the afternoon attendees were also able to attend product specific content in the breakout sessions.
Account managers and technical support were on hand in the I-Zone offering demonstrations, technical help and were on hand to answer customer’s questions during the breaks.
Keynote speaker Leo Johnson, delivered a thought provoking and entertaining speech on sustainability and Guy Browning, a well known journalist and author entertained with his take on improving business innovation. The sustainability theme was also extended with a customer guest speaker, Graeme Lambert from Canada Life providing insight on the Carbon Reduction Commitment.
The new virtual private cloud offering from the company was also unveiled providing customers with an economical alternative to traditional software delivery.
