Qube Global Software featured at Realcomm Orlando | June 21, 2013
Qube Global Software exhibited at the 15th annual Realcomm conference on June 12 and 13, 2013, in Orlando, Florida. Matthew Sheldrick, Vice President of Business Development, was featured in an interview with Gerry Katzman on Conference Live on real time video stream. Sheldrick spoke frankly on the topic of ‘Business Intelligence Integration in Facilities Management.’ This year’s conference focused on the need for the industry to embrace the technology revolution as it happens. As the roles of the corporate real estate executive continues to change, Qube Global Software stays focused on improving the user experience. If a user doesn’t like the way software works, they aren’t going to use it,” stated Sheldrick. “The more people that touch our software, the better it is for us. We can take practical suggestions, and move forward with our continual efforts to personalize applications as the user wishes to interact within the system. We like to believe we listen and understand what each end user wants to achieve. The length of experience (of our company) and the willingness to learn from our customers affords us the opportunity to make beneficial and positive changes for the betterment of future clients.” Over the two day conference, Qube Global Software experts engaged in in-depth conversations with industry peers, sharing insights on current software applications in property management. Sharon Miller Trackman, Marketing Manager of The Americas, added that “the attendees’ reactions to our latest applications were truly positive, and we remain excited about our launch into the owner/investor market.” Representatives from CBRE, Washington REIT, Duke Realty, Simon Property Group, General Growth Properties and Boston Properties were just a few of the key featured speakers, adding their insight into the evolution of technology.
