Qube Global Software speaks at CoreNet Chicago | May 13 2011

Qube Global Software was once again a strong participant in CoreNet’s Spring Global Summit in Chicago, May 1 through 3.

The educational sessions and the Exhibition Hall were located at the historic Navy Pier on the waterfront.

CoreNet strives to bring together industry leaders and forward thinkers from all aspects of corporate real estate worldwide.  Discussions covered a wide array of topics, from social dynamics and workplace strategies, to sustainability and service delivery.

Vice President of Business Development, Matthew Sheldrick, was a featured speaker on a panel of four (4) technology experts.  The session, entitled ‘Technology Smorgasbord’, offered end users the opportunity to hear about latest technology developments without the pressure of a strong sales pitch.  With his session focusing on Business Intelligence for Corporate Real Estate, Sheldrick shared ideas and showed examples of software that combines data and information from different business applications.  The BI software then provides a single source of knowledgeable, top support, decision making that allows CRE leaders to add value within their corporations.  Sheldrick strongly supports the importance of co-existence and partnership and relationship building amongst similar service providers, stating that “technologies can have a great impact on CRE’s of all levels; our goal was to present new ideas and concepts that complement each other in an informal manner.”

Additional panel speakers included: Dave Spence, Director of Business Development for OfficeSpace Software; John Coates, Director of Sales and Marketing for Buildingi; and Paul Doherty, Senior Vice President with Screampoint.

Qube Global Software supported the Expo floor with a combined demonstration effort with key executives from CresaPartners, the tenant’s advantage brokerage firm based in Boston.  Hosting a ‘refueling station’, attendees had the opportunity to reenergize their thoughts, refocus their efforts, reinvest in new ideas, revive their technology or just relax with a cup of organic tea.
