Maintenance Management controls the maintenance cycle from start to finish ensuring that every aspect of the task is correctly undertaken and resolved satisfactorily. As soon as a call comes into the facilities team the details are logged using our helpdesk functionality and the defect can then be automatically assigned to a supplier and a job created. Once the job is created you have the ability to track its ongoing status against a budget or timescale.

The module covers planned, reactive and preventive maintenance cycles, and thus enables the organisation to plan and budget for all maintenance activites that will take place in the coming year. Tasks can then be rescheduled and their effect on the budget and associated cash flow can be analysed. Full analysis of the maintenance spend can be derived, enabling the organisation to
identify the cost of maintaining different asset types within the portfolio, and assisting in planning replacement of costly repair items.
