I just wanted to communicate some details of upcoming events for customers.
We are just about to deliver our annual Qube Customer Roadshows. These events have become a must for keeping in touch with the latest developments, getting better value out of your investment in the software and for networking with like-minded users. The events are held in central city locations across the UK. In Ireland and Northern Ireland these events form the basis of user group meetings in Dublin and Belfast. While we always travel to see our customers on regular account management visits, customers seem to get an extra benefit from these group events and they are always well received – I put a lot of this down to the extra networking that takes place and the buzz that surrounds this.
In addition, this year at these events we are holding some optional training sessions that might appeal. If you can’t make it to these please also check out our new online training sessions which are being really well received. The concept of these bite sized webinars actually came from last year’s Customer Roadshows when many customers fed back that they wanted training delivered this way.
Customer Conference 2012 – this is the premier event in the Qube customer event calendar. The event which usually takes place in autumn regularly attracts over 300 customers. This year we are using the superb conference facilities at the Oval Cricket Ground on the 17 October. The content always contains a mix of the very latest developments delivered from the senior members of the development team, thought leading guest speakers, the latest company news and service initiatives along with a chance to gain some more knowledge on the product.
