Over the last month we have been undertaking filming for a forthcoming video in association with the Daily Telegraph Business Club. The film series investigates national success stories in business.
Our film focuses on the longevity of relationships with customers and staff alike. We believe that these relationships have helped us stand out from the crowd. The film looks at the great emphasis we place on Customer Service and satisfaction – detailing the ISO 9000 accreditation and particularly never promising a service that can’t be delivered and never concluding an implementation until the customer is satisfied that it works. This is something we are especially proud of as we are undertaking such major projects within customer businesses.
Naturally over the last 30 years there have been some major challenges along the way – not least maintaining the development of leading-edge business software applications in a continually changing technological world. We think that the focus and investment we have made in investment and innovation has paid off – the continuous development programme both reacts to and helps to shape the continual technological advancements in the industry.
Filming involved a large proportion of the staff in the London and Midlands offices and many staff were interviewed and asked why they felt the business has remained so successful over the years. The film is due for release in November and we are all looking forward to seeing the final results.
