IAMC International Forum | April 21, 2016

Real estate without borders is happening, and corporate real estate executives from around the globe are dealing with the fallout. The Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) will be at the forefront of guiding important global discussions as it pertains to industrial CRE’s. From logistical issues effecting supply chain and distribution, to LEED certifications and IASB/FASB rulings, Qube Global Software will be present at the June 21 through 23 inaugural event as a Platinum sponsor.

Professionals from Europe and North America will explore ways to navigate upcoming challenges in our rapidly evolving industry.

IAMC will host experts and practitioners at the London Marriott Grovesnor Square in typical IAMC fashion. The intimate, exclusive setting in a non-sales environment promises an educational experience filled with friendship and camaraderie. Discussions will focus on bench marking excellence, the current economic geopolitical climate, global location trends and what manufacturing of the future might look like. Key note speakers include: Sir Christopher Meyer, KCMG and former Ambassador to the United States; Ellis Watson, CEO of DC Thomson Publishing; Will Kintish, author of the Business Networking Survival Guide; and Martin Wolf, Chief Economics Commentator for the Financial Times.

“I will have the honor of introducing Sir Christopher Meyer,” stated Matthew Sheldrick, Managing Director of Qube Global Software in the Americas. “We wholly believe in the efforts of IAMC, and support their global initiative to help blur the lines of cultural differences to find universal similarities.”

Sharon Miller Trackman, Director of Marketing for the America’s serves as co-Chair for the international Advisory Committee for IAMC. “Working alongside my co-Chair Colleen Caravati of Corning, and under the guidance of Executive Director Tate Godfrey, this has been an amazing opportunity, both personally and professionally.”

IAMC attendees have been invited to stay on for an additional day of education and networking with co-location host SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). Thursday’s sessions will wrap up with a black tie gala at Her Majesty’s The Tower of London, one of England’s most revered historical sites.
