NRTA (National Retail Tenant Association) held its 19th conference at the Peppermill Resort in Reno Nevada September 7 to 10. Qube Global Software participated for the 3rd time, sharing information with retailers, office executives, and corporate-industrial-franchise tenants.
The company was represented by Matthew Sheldrick, Vice President of Business Development and Sharon Miller Trackman, Director of Marketing for the Americas.
Solutions offered by Qube Global Software are currently being utilized by a wide array of well-known global retail brands: included in that list is Tesco, Marks & Spencer, an international beverage distributer, a worldwide manufacturer of soft goods, and HMS Host/World Duty Free. These companies are successfully managing leases for improved bottom line results.
“NRTA strongly advocates lease administration education for commercial, office and retail real estate lease professionals. Attendees can directly benefit from our solutions, and NRTA provides us with an incredible forum for reaching these industry experts.” Sheldrick goes further by explaining solution details that include ‘the capability to effectively create relevant time-based analytics that are flexible, intuitive and familiar; to visualize benchmark comparisons with effective snapshot reporting; and to organize real time performance measures which are actionable, integratable and accountable.”
Over 600 commercial lease portfolio managers attended the 3 (three) day conference, with this years’ theme focusing on current legal trends and issues facing commercial tenants.
Miller Trackman volunteered as an educational session room monitor for: an open forum discussion on working with 3rd party vendors, lead by Heather Aherne, a Paralegal with The Fresh Market; and a second session focusing on trends and issues in office leasing, spearheaded by C. Gregg Ankenman, a Partner with Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, and Tim Myllykangas, a Principal with CresaPartners in Boston, MA.
