Qube Gobal Software would like to congratulate Prologis on winning the Global Real Estate Achievement of the Year award at the 2013 Property Awards.
This year the Property Awards was hosted by the comedian Bill Bailey in front of over 1000 guests and recognised the outstanding achievements of those in the UK property industry. Sponsored by Qube Global Software since its inception, this year marked a continuing trend which saw many of those shortlisted or winning using a Qube Global Software solution to manage their property portfolios. Such companies included, Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, Titanic Quarter, Hammerson, SERGO, Knight Frank, British Land and Derwent London.
The Global Real Estate Achievement of the Year Award, collected by Senior VP Peter Cassels, comes as a result of Prologis ‘truly global performance’ this past year. 2012 saw Prologis set up a JREIT, form a European logistic partnership with Norges bank and sell 3.5 million square feet of industrial properties for 335 million pounds to Blackstone.
While Prologis already had a global presence with 554 million square feet of development projects across 21 different countries. It was the significant international progress that these business deals signified which clinched the award for the Industrial property company on the night.
