Qube Global Software has today announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100 per cent of the business and assets of Vision Software, the leading supplier of corporate real estate and commercial property management software in Australasia.
Vision Software was incorporated in 1995 and has become the market leader in the region, with around 100 customers in New Zealand and Australia. Its flagship product, VisionCRE, comprises a full suite of property, lease and financial management solutions and is in use in a wide variety of both public and private enterprises.
