Qube Global Software will present new and exciting solutions for the retail real estate management industry at the National Retail Tenant Association’s (NRTA) Conference, September 22-25. This year’s conference will be held at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida, with upwards of 700 industry professionals to be in attendance.
Along with exhibiting at this year’s conference, key members of the Qube Global Software team will offer up informative information on how real estate technology tools can help attendees best manage their office portfolio. The session is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25 at 10:15 AM EST until 11:45 AM EST. Matthew Sheldrick, Vice President of Business Development, will head up the group, highlighting software applications that can, and should, be used to manage office leases, space and cost of occupancy. They will share suggestions on best vendor selection processes, how a seamless implementation can be done, and how end users can provide their customers with what they need and expect. In addition, demonstrations on how mobile devices can truly benefit lease administrators and corporate real estate managers will be reviewed.
“We remain committed to being respected as thought leaders on the usage of real estate technology tools,” commented Sheldrick. “We appreciate this opportunity to educate retail real estate experts, being a ‘go to’ partner when questions arise that deal with selecting a technology service provider.”
NRTA is represented by real estate professionals seeking continued education on best practices and innovative solutions for retail real estate lease administration and operating costs. Other topics being discussed at the conference will include: lease negotiation skills; CAM workshops; third party representation and peer discussion groups on technology; FASB13; tenancy and lease renewals.
