“Embrace Change and REThink: Innovate and Transform the Commercial, Corporate, Government and Institutional Real Estate Industry.” The theme of the 16th annual Realcomm conference on June 18 and 19 focused on the need for an improved understanding of how change is constant in the business world.
Matthew Sheldrick and Simon Dibble of Qube Global Software were active participants in discussions surrounding the latest technology innovations that are impacting the real estate industry on a daily basis. Visionaries from the Property Management profession also collaborated on key topics that included: managing change; understanding innovation through collaboration; data protection and privacy issues.
Qube Global Software sponsored the Advisory Council Summit Lunch on Tuesday, June 17, during the pre-conference programming. Representatives from recognized Property Management companies like Cousins Properties Inc., Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, Hines, and Duke Realty were in attendance. As members of the Realcomm Advisory Council, these executives represented the membership by discussing the most significant of topics. Under the direction of John Chung of Allied REIT, and Justin Segal of Boxer Property, the Senior Technologists and C-Suite decision makers reviewed past benchmarks and set new thresholds to strive for.
Additionally, Sheldrick and Dibble showcased Qube Global Software’s proven solutions to association members. “Our applications are specifically designed for owners, developers and property managers. These solutions enable the user to answer their hard questions as they relate to operational and financial management,” stated Matthew Sheldrick, Vice President of Business Development. “Realcomm continues to provide a cutting edge arena for discussion and debate as it directly relates to our industries challenges and opportunities.”
