We were delighted to host a second user forum for our Qube Planet customers from the NHS last week. The session – which was attended by about 40 people in total – was chaired by Neil Selby, Performance Director of Essentia and was staged at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
This was a follow up to a similar event which we hosted at the back end of last year, with a commitment now in place to repeat the sessions on a six monthly basis.
Our User Groups are designed for knowledge sharing among customers routinely facing similar challenges when using our software. We encourage attendees to think about the sessions as long-term investments of their time: the more they put into the User Forums, the more they get out in terms of the long term benefits and improvements to Planet.
We intend to roll out the concept to different parts of our user base in due course.
