Born out of the former property team of a major corporate occupier in 2001, the company has since achieved great success and can list a string of national and international organisations as key partners.

Consolidating systems with Qube PM

Prior to Qube PM, Fairhurst Estates had two excellent software solutions to manage their diverse range of interests – both of which were ideally suited to the part of the business they represented. However, they could not interact with one another, which held the business back. When choosing a single software solution to replace the two systems, it was clear that the successful bidder would have a lot to live up to. One of Fairhurst Estate’s major objectives was to benefit from a software package written specifically for property professionals. Using Qube PM

Qube PM now lies at the heart of Fairhurst Estate’s property management service. PM now offers seamless integration between numerous disciplines to collect rent; diarise important property events such as lease break clauses, lease expiries and rent reviews; produce tailored reports and can offer Fairhurst’s clients secure web access to their property portfolio data.

Software Profile: Ten user system comprising of Property Management Module, Purchase Ledger, Order Processing, Invoice Registration, Help Desk and Planned Maintenance, Maintenance Logging, Central Security, Document Manager and Help Desk Portal.

The centrepiece to the Fairhurst Estates installation was the Web Based Help Desk facility. Fairhurst have operated a Property Management helpdesk for a number of years and have key personnel with a vast breadth of experience in this field and the implementation of Qube PM has helped them take this to the next level.

The Fairhurst Helpdesk manages over 1000 properties throughout the UK and Ireland on behalf of a range of clients and it is available on a 24/7 basis 365 days a year.

The web based facility allows Fairhurst’s clients fast and efficient access to view and create job requirements, retrieve information, monitor work progression and generate reports. In short, the Helpdesk has allowed for massive efficiency savings.

The Benefits of Qube PM

Qube PM has achieved the aims of the implementation by bringing disparate systems all under one control meaning that the desired efficiencies have been achieved. There has also been an improvement in the processing and managing of the invoicing of suppliers, as well as vastly enhanced reporting facilities available through Qube PM’s Report Wizard.
