Qube Global Software participated at ICSC’s New York National Conference & Deal Making in New York, NY, Monday and Tuesday, December 3 and 4.
The primary focus of the conference was to bring together executives and decision makers from a range of retail real estate and business’ development venues. From owners and developers, to brokerage firms, retail chains, construction companies, and law firms, the floors of the exhibit halls of the Sheraton and Hilton Hotels were buzzing during the 2 (two) day conference as negotiations ensued and deals were secured.
As a first year exhibitor, Qube Global Software discussed technological ideas and best practices with attendees to understand what makes for an ideal technology partner. The demand for property management software remains high throughout the industry with ICSC reporting that retailers are opening as many as 78,325 stores in the next 2 (two) years.
“This conference reinforced what we believe professionals in this marketplace look for in a technology partner,” stated Matthew Sheldrick, Vice President of Business Development for Qube Global Software. “Our detailed conversations about what an end user would hope to achieve on a daily basis, and where they anticipate their business to be in the next few years gives us an incredible guideline for future enhancements.”
